I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much when I first went on Equiflair Saddlery, but the range was actually really decent. I found saddle pads, rugs, grooming bits, and rider wear without having to bounce around between loads of different websites.

I still had a bit of a “we’ll see” attitude while ordering, but they had a few brands I already like and some others that looked worth trying. In the end, it was easier than I thought, and I’d probably use them again.

I wasn’t totally sure about trusting the size guide, but I used it before ordering and, to be fair, it fit my horse really well. I didn’t have to guess, which was a relief. Kind of had to admit I’m happy with it.

I had a small issue after my order arrived, but to be fair, they got it sorted quickly. The replies were friendly and straight to the point, which I appreciated. It would’ve been nicer if the problem hadn’t happened in the first place, but it’s good to see a shop actually follow up and help after you’ve already paid. I’d probably order from them again.

After dealing with way too much back-and-forth with customer service, I was worn out before I even used it. But the saddle itself is really comfortable. I’ve taken it on longer rides and didn’t end up with sore hips afterward, which was a nice surprise.

I bought a bridle from Equiflair Saddlery a few months back, but I wanted to give it some proper use before saying anything. It’s been through plenty of wet rides, mud, and everyday handling, and I have to say the leather still feels really solid. No cracking, no stiffness, and it still has that good-quality feel you hope for when you’re buying tack.

The stitching has held up really well too, which is usually where I start to lose confidence in cheaper bridles. After a quick clean, it looked close to new again. Based on how it’s performed so far, I’d feel comfortable buying from them again and recommending it to someone who wants something reliable.
